Into the Light [Small Group Work Series]

Most people are living disconnected from themselves.

In a world that prioritizes speed over reflection, doing over being & perfection over authenticity; we have lost something essential - the connection to ourselves.

Into the Light exists to help people reconnect; it exists to restore our  relationship with ourselves. I created Into the Light because I know what it means to lose oneself and what it takes to return.

My work is an original creation, shaped by over 30 years of deep self-work, my background in learning and development and my lived experience working in global organizations in Japan.

This series is about being truly present and connected in the here & now. There is a place within you that does not change. It is a steady “constant” beneath expectations, roles, identity, & noise. It’s your “essence”.

When we are “out of essence”, it sometimes feels like pressure to prove ourselves or sometimes it shows up as “performing”, while other times it might feel like being “out of sync”  or disconnected with ourselves. We don’t return to our essence by becoming more. Our essence is what remains when we stop trying to be who we are not.
