1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of adriennegilliver.com and your purchase of:
Original artwork and silk scarves ("The Collection") & Coaching, Flow Game™, and workshops ("The Work"), offered by Adrienne Gilliver, trading as Adrienne Gilliver based in Kanagawa, Japan.
By placing an order, booking a session, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or purchase from it.

3. Products: Luxury Scarves
3.1 How orders work
Each scarf is produced to order by my UK-based production partner once you place an order — nothing is held in stock. Please allow [3 business days] for production plus shipping time, which varies by destination.
3.2 Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT/consumption tax, as applicable.
Payment is processed securely via PayPal. I do not see or store your full card details as it is processed by Contrado UK.
I reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
3.3 Shipping, customs and duties
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities on delivery. These are your responsibility and are not included in the order price.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; I'm not responsible for delays caused by customs or couriers once a parcel has left production. These lie with the production partner, Contrado UK.
3.4 Returns, exchanges and faulty items
Because each scarf is made to order, Contrado is unable to accept returns for change of mind.
If your scarf arrives faulty or damaged, please contact Contrado within [14 days] of delivery with photos, and based on this they will judge whether a replacement or refund is deemed necessary or not. I do not handle the refunds or replacements so please do not contact me about this.

If you are shopping from the UK or EU, this does not affect any statutory consumer rights you have under local law for faulty or misdescribed goods.
4. Services: Coaching, the Flow Game™ and Workshops
4.1 The nature of the work
Coaching, Flow Game™ sessions, and workshops offered are personal and professional development tools. They are **not** medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment, and are not a substitute for care from a licensed health or mental health professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services rather than relying on coaching.
4.2 Booking and payment
Sessions and workshops are booked and paid for as described at the time of booking (in full online via PayPal prior to the session).
I'll confirm your booking by email once payment is received.
4.3 Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made no less than 24 hours before a 1:1 session & will be refunded in full / rescheduled at no charge. Requests made after that window may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.

4.4 Your responsibility
You're responsible for your own decisions and actions taken during or after coaching, the Flow Game™, or workshops. Outcomes depend on your own circumstances, effort, and choices — I don't guarantee specific personal, financial, or professional results.
4.5 Group workshops
By joining a group workshop (in person or online), you agree to treat other participants' shared reflections as confidential and not to record sessions or take photos without permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All artwork, scarf designs, the AG monogram, the Flow Game™, workshop materials, website copy and images are my original work (or licensed to me) and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without my written permission. Purchasing a scarf gives you ownership of that physical item, not the underlying artwork or design rights.
6. Website Use
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or to attempt to interfere with its security or functioning.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, Products, or Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. [Note: if you have significant UK/EU customer volume, discuss with a lawyer whether you also need a jurisdiction clause or dispute-resolution option that's practical for those customers.]
