The Profile…
Adrienne is originally from the UK, moved to Japan after a few years of working in London and has since spent over 30 years in the learning & development space in Tokyo.
She started out working in HR at a large English school on her arrival to Japan where she designed and delivered orientations to the English teachers as well as a cultural counseling service to those new to living and working in Japan.
She then moved to Corporate Training where she designed and delivered trainings to a host of large global corporations in the greater Tokyo area. She specialized in women empowerment, leadership, cultural Intelligence, communication and 1-1 coaching.
For the past 14 years she has been working in the learning and development arena for a major global consulting firm and specializes in areas such as cultural intelligence, global acumen, leadership, communication and DEI.
Here, Adrienne combines her life-long expertise & passion for art, training and facilitation to bring something unique & grounding.
In her final years working in corporate, with the dramatic increase of AI, an increase in speed and efficiency - there seemed to be less time for the “people” side. Everyone seemed constantly busy, often stressed & always rushing…there was never time to “press pause”. She noticed a need for people to return to themselves…to find their core…their unmistakably unique essence and operate from this authentic place.
